Refund policy
RETURNS
We really want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. But if there is any fault or you simply changed your mind about the item and want a refund or exchange please notify us with an email as soon as possible. Also indicate clearly in the email if you would like a refund or an exchange, and include your full name, order number and your contact number.
If you would like to exchange the item please state clearly what you would like to exchange it for. After that please send it to our address.
Please note that exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product is either faulty or returned in perfect condition. Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
