ORDERS TO THE UK

• Our opening hours for postage are Monday to Friday 8am-3.30pm
• FREE SHIPPING ON UK MAINLAND FOR ORDERS OVER £100
• All products are shipped by default using Royal Mail first class Signed postage with proof of delivery (1-2 days). Costs are  calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days
• We also offer a  next day by 1pm delivery option*. All Special Delivery orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be despatched the followed Monday.

* To guarantee next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE UK

• Please note that not all our products are available for international shipping. This is indicated on each product page. 
• All our products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International service by default. When a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. These fees are can be unpredictable and are the buyer’s/your responsibility.
